Leisure Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and curate bespoke leisure and luxury travel experiences
• Manage warm leads from an established client base to build long-term relationships
• Plan complex itineraries including island escapes, honeymoons, and multi-city trips
• Provide insider travel tips and expert destination knowledge to clients
• Manage the full reservations process from input to output

Requirements

• Travel and Tourism Certificate
• GDS experience, preferably Amadeus
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong geographical knowledge
• Experience reading and interpreting contracts
• Ability to work flexible rostered shifts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet targets
