Leisure Administrator

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties for the Northridge Community Church summer day camp programs
• Manage camper registrations, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person
• Prepare and file essential documentation, including consent forms, attendance sheets, and medical waivers
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes and prepare daily camper lists
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members
• Maintain secure storage of all camper medical forms and sensitive paperwork

Requirements

• Minimum completion of grade eleven
• Up to 1 year of experience in administrative, secretarial, or customer service roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to pass a vulnerable sector police record check
• Eligibility for the Canada Summer Jobs Program (must be aged 17-30 and a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 19 lbs
