Responsibilities

• Implement the mission statement and curricula of the Bergstraße Health Academy
• Plan, organize, and conduct lessons for nursing specialists and nursing assistants
• Prepare, execute, and follow up on lessons, practical guidance, and clinical instruction
• Create written and oral performance assessments
• Develop schedules based on the framework curriculum
• Assist in recruiting external lecturers and organizing study trips
• Coordinate with practical training sites and monitor training folders
• Conduct intermediate and final interviews and examinations
• Provide pedagogical support for professional and social competence development
• Act as a contact person for students regarding all training matters
• Participate in team meetings and assist in selecting applicants for nursing training

Requirements

• Master's degree in nursing pedagogy or equivalent field preferred
• Ideally previous teaching experience in a nursing school
• Proficiency in standard IT applications
• Teamwork skills and a friendly demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Pedagogical skill in working with students
