Responsibilities

• Lead courses and manage the learning process
• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching units and learning situations
• Coordinate practical assignments and conduct practical supervision
• Develop the new ATA/OTA curriculum and drive school development and digitalization
• Organize and administer examinations and represent the school at businesses and events

Requirements

• Training as a nursing specialist with surgical specialization or as an OTA with professional experience
• Completed degree in pedagogy or willingness to pursue one
• Enthusiasm for innovative teaching concepts and digital media
• Ability to work in a structured, reliable, and interdisciplinary manner
