About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute monthly client invoicing processes and maintain document filing and record keeping
- Assist the team with Microsoft Office tasks, including creating Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements for the PASG team
- Support meetings by taking notes and distributing files
- Monitor legislative hearings, administrative hearings, and press conferences
- Track legislation for clients and the PASG team
- Draft internal communications, reports, and response letters
- Interact professionally with government officials and their staff
Requirements
- At least ten years of related professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and elected officials
- Ability to work both independently and as a dependable team player
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
Preferred Qualifications
- A demonstrated interest in public policy and government affairs
