Legislative Affairs Officer - Senior

Responsibilities

• Develop communications products including talking points, reports, newsletters, and executive briefings
• Support strategic communications campaigns and workforce messaging initiatives
• Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment of communications objectives
• Support event planning, stakeholder engagement, and outreach activities
• Provide editorial review and communications support for organizational initiatives

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
• 10+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting executive-level communications and strategic messaging
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting IC or DoD organizations
• Experience supporting protocol, public affairs, or congressional engagement activities
• Experience with event coordination and stakeholder outreach
