About the role
Responsibilities
- Own ACP’s Salesforce-based case management and legal operations systems
- Design, test, document, and implement workflows, dashboards, reports, and user tools
- Translate operational needs into business requirements, user stories, and testing plans
- Improve intake, attorney assignment, contracting, reporting, and provider support workflows
- Build dashboards and metrics for caseloads, turnaround times, and operational risks
- Support users, training, documentation, and change management
- Coordinate with leadership, IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders on system issues and enhancements
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree or equivalent education and experience
- Experience in administrative, analytic, coordinative, or liaison work
- Ability to analyze workflows and translate needs into system requirements
- Strong documentation, training, and user support skills
- Familiarity with case management, reporting, or workflow systems
- Ability to work with confidential and operationally sensitive information
