Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the Credit and Treasury Business Unit
• Monitor and address regulatory demands
• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents
• Issue legal opinions and analyses to support internal areas
• Negotiate operations with various counterparties

Requirements

• Experience in financial institutions and/or law firms focused on credit operations, special situations, and/or capital markets
• Advanced English proficiency
• Organized and committed profile with the ability to handle multiple demands
