Legal Specialist (Real Estate)

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts including purchase and sale, leasing, and purchase options
• Provide specialized legal support for real estate development operations, including construction and project management contracts
• Advise on shareholder agreements, investment agreements, and corporate documents related to real estate structures
• Issue legal opinions on real estate contracts and land statute agreements
• Manage notifications, counter-notifications, and contract amendments
• Develop standard templates for development projects and system customizations for contract automation
• Negotiate service agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MoU), and NDAs

Requirements

• Degree in Law
• Experience in real estate law, contracts, civil, and corporate law
• Experience in both advisory and litigation roles
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability
• Strong result orientation
