Legal Specialist

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, review, and edit legal documents including NDAs, trials, amendments, license agreements, and demand letters under attorney supervision
• Lead negotiations with clients and third parties to secure favorable contract terms and conditions
• Serve as a single point of contact for processing and tracking legal documents while supporting deal attorneys
• Communicate updates on contract status, modifications, deviations, and completion or termination of agreements
• Advise business units on legal documentation and related processes
• Coordinate correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders
• Prepare research-based reports using public sources and databases on entities and individuals
• Analyze legal issues with a strong sense of ethics and integrity to provide practical solutions aligned with business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–4 years of relevant in-house legal experience
• Familiarity with corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property laws
• Strong legal research skills with the ability to articulate findings concisely
• Proficiency in applying artificial intelligence and legal technology tools to streamline workflows
• Excellent writing skills and ability to manage a high volume of contract-related tasks
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work across different time zones within the Americas
