Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice to commodity trading and shipping businesses

- Navigate complex transactions across various commodities like iron ore, copper, and nickel
Requirements
- Qualified attorney (common law jurisdictions preferred)
- Minimum 6 years PQE
- Experience in-house or in commodity trading preferred
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills for cross-border commodity trading agreements
- Familiarity with Incoterms, ScoTA, LME, and trade finance structures
