Legal Solution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion
• Design and deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement sessions
• Partner with customers to build and refine frameworks and workflows to optimize platform use
• Uncover team workflows to offer tailored guidance on how LegalOn fits their processes
• Address customer questions and resolve issues by working with technical support and product teams
• Monitor usage and satisfaction to identify renewal and expansion opportunities
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams
• Act as a regional ambassador to build visibility and credibility within the legal community

Requirements

• Experience in customer success, account management, legal practice, legal operations, or consulting
• Experience in a customer-facing role within legal tech or SaaS
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills for engaging senior legal stakeholders
• Curiosity regarding AI's impact on legal work
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering
• Based in Singapore with ability to travel occasionally across Southeast Asia and Australia

Preferred Qualifications

• Law degree (Singapore JD or equivalent) or post-qualification legal practice experience
• Familiarity with contract review, negotiation, or playbooks
• Understanding of legal workflows across APAC jurisdictions
• Experience scaling new tools or processes within professional services
• Prior experience in legal tech or AI adoption
