Legal Researcher - Contracts and Agreements

Responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) to ensure compliance with RTA standards
• Provide legal opinions and perspectives regarding various contracts and agreements
• Maintain a database of historical information regarding contract and agreement issues to prevent recurrence
• Prepare legal correspondence and responses related to contracts and agreements
• Research best practices in contract management to improve organizational standards
• Draft agreements and obtain necessary approvals from relevant departments to meet organizational needs
• Collaborate with Senior Legal Researchers to distribute and manage workload effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Emirati nationality
