About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage legal cases and disputes involving the RTA against third parties and litigation brought by external parties against the authority
  • Prepare legal memorandums and documentation
  • Conduct research on best practices regarding cases and grievances to develop legal standards for contracts and agreements
  • Represent the authority in relevant committees related to legal matters, cases, and grievances
  • Prepare investigation reports for employees who violate the authority's laws and regulations
  • Execute judicial decisions and rulings issued by judicial authorities
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with other government departments to exchange expertise and knowledge
  • Maintain historical data and information regarding cases and grievances to prevent recurrence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • UAE nationality is required
