About the role
Responsibilities
- Collect, maintain, and analyze recruitment and retention data and metrics
- Track recruitment pipeline activity, hiring outcomes, and employee engagement
- Monitor and maintain recruitment and retention databases for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare workforce reports, dashboards, and informational materials
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment, internship, and pipeline initiatives
- Assist with attorney admission and bar preparation program coordination
- Support outreach and engagement efforts with law schools and educational partners
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites and social media platforms
- Assist with employee pre-boarding, onboarding, stay interviews, and exit interviews
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive personnel matters
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree and two years of experience in community work or related activities; OR
- High school graduation and six years of experience in community work or related activities; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have at least one year of experience related to the role requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with recruitment analytics or workforce reporting
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
