Legal Recruiting & Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support firm-wide lateral associate recruiting, integration, and retention processes
• Oversee student recruiting programs, including on-campus visits and virtual events
• Plan and execute the summer associate program, managing social events and daily assignments
• Draft job descriptions, source candidates, and coordinate interview schedules
• Build and maintain partnerships with law school career services and external search firms
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, including Mansfield Certification
• Analyze recruiting data and implement feedback from recruiting surveys
• Provide status updates and recommendations to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large law firm attorney recruiting
• Experience in law school career services
