Our mission is to make high-quality legal work accessible and affordable for everyone by helping law firms and in-house teams restructure their delivery models around AI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with firms to build trust with partners, associates, and innovation teams
• Advise clients on where AI fits into their specific workflows
• Lead pilots, onboarding, and rollouts across practice groups and firms
• Capture lawyer pain points and translate them into product insights for engineering teams
• Develop scalable training, resources, and case studies to smooth adoption
• Help firms measure ROI and highlight wins from AI implementation

Requirements

• JD degree required
• 2–6 years of law practice experience at a law firm (BigLaw or leading midsized)
• Deep understanding of law firm workflows in litigation or corporate law
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with senior partners and engineers
• Comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Proactive, hands-on builder's mindset
