Legal Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Structure credit recovery theses and define legal mechanisms for execution to price target assets
• Partner with top-tier litigation law firms to ensure optimal legal strategies
• Prepare and present legal theses to Enforce and BTG Pactual Investment Committees
• Manage relationships with counterparties and service providers throughout the investment lifecycle
• Collaborate with various BTG Pactual Group areas to foster synergies and cross-selling
• Conduct legal analysis of medium and high-complexity judicial processes to identify risks and opportunities
• Defend investment theses in multidisciplinary forums and committees

Requirements

• Degree in Law
• Solid knowledge of Civil Procedure and Banking Law
• Consistent experience or knowledge in credit recovery
• Analytical capacity for legal process evaluation with a business mindset
• Ability to work in dynamic environments with various stakeholders
• Strong communication skills for presenting and defending theses in executive committees
