Legal Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison to drive legal processes and performance with vendor law firms
• Oversee litigation strategies by assisting with file reviews, media support, and resolution discussions
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation and ensure timely escalation of important issues
• Conduct regular daily contact and formalized weekly performance calls with attorney and non-attorney firm management
• Track and report on daily and monthly collection metrics
• Develop and update operational procedures using strong analytical and drafting skills
• Collaborate with information systems professionals for reporting and automation purposes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Operations, or a related field
• Solid understanding of legal processes and the ability to manage litigation phases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong analytical, drafting, and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to identify and resolve issues regarding file resolution and litigation timeliness

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
