Legal PA

Responsibilities

• Produce, format and amend correspondence, legal documents and firm precedents to a high standard
• Draft and request property searches, Land Registry documents, and Land Registry applications
• Provide proactive diary management, including arranging meetings and booking travel
• Open new client and matter files, maintain accurate records, and perform ID checks
• Prepare documents and reports using copy and audio typing
• Coordinate the signing and distribution of documents and assist with filing and archiving
• Act as a first point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Assist with billing, expenses, and financial administration
• Organise team meetings, client events, and other administrative activities
• Maintain matter-related information, trackers, and documentation

Requirements

• Proven track record of administration or secretarial support in a legal or professional services environment
• Previous experience within Commercial Property or a Developer team is highly desirable
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity
• Superb attention to detail and accuracy
