Legal Operations Sr. Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage legal entities and corporate documentation, including books, records, and supporting changes in corporate structure.
• Lead the management of physical and electronic legal records and maintain the Legal SharePoint site.
• Implement and maintain legal technology systems such as Legal Tracker for matter management and billing.
• Support the contract lifecycle management process and promote the use of electronic signatures.
• Assist with legal fee management, including negotiating fees, managing expenses, and reviewing invoices.
• Support the selection, retention, and management of external legal counsel.
• Assist with legal projects, training initiatives, and the implementation of regional corporate policies.
• Optimize legal operations through process improvement, database maintenance, and the creation of templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or Information Management.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience within a legal department, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in legal entity management, contract lifecycle management, and legal matter management.
• Experience with Legal Tracker or similar legal technology and electronic signature solutions.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
• Experience managing corporate books, powers of attorney, board minutes, and shareholder meetings.
