Legal Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the design and build-out of internal legal knowledge databases
• Drive integrations between Legora's platform and internal systems like CLM, CRM, and HRIS
• Establish and maintain structured contract management infrastructure and metadata schemas
• Design and implement cross-functional handoff protocols for Finance, RevOps, and Product teams
• Partner with Legal, People, and Operations to identify and resolve process bottlenecks
• Contribute to governance, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a related operational role
• Deep understanding of technology stacks, APIs, data architecture, and system interoperability
• Hands-on experience implementing or configuring legal technology tools or knowledge management systems
• Ability to drive cross-functional change and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience in high-growth, international, or technology-driven organizations
• Strong communication skills to translate complex operational concepts into actionable processes
• High degree of autonomy and comfort with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in law, computer science, engineering, or information systems
• Prior experience in knowledge management teams
• Technical proficiency and interest in writing code to architect systems
• Keen interest in AI and data infrastructure
