Legal Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the design and build-out of internal legal knowledge databases for contracts, policies, and playbooks
• Drive integrations between Legora's platform and internal systems like CLM, CRM, HRIS, and finance tools
• Establish and maintain structured contract management infrastructure, including metadata schemas and deduplication standards
• Design and implement cross-functional handoff protocols for contract terms and commitments
• Partner with Legal, People, and Operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to governance, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a related operational role
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Deep understanding of technology stacks, APIs, data architecture, and system interoperability
• Hands-on experience implementing or configuring legal technology tools or knowledge management systems
• Ability to drive cross-functional change and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience in high-growth, international, or technology-driven organizations
• Strong interest in AI, data infrastructure, and building with technology
