Legal Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Improve and streamline legal operations by identifying inefficiencies and establishing scalable workflows for contract management, outside counsel, and IP protection
• Own the administration of all legal technology platforms, including e-billing, CLM, and legal intake systems
• Partner with the GC to execute short and long-term operations plans
• Develop cost-saving strategies and optimize outside counsel engagement to reduce legal spend
• Analyze key legal department metrics and KPIs through reports and dashboards
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the legal department and act as a system-wide liaison

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of experience in an in-house legal operations role
• Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and automate workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Ironclad, Brightflag, and ClickUp
