Legal Operations and Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and redline a full spectrum of agreements including SaaS, professional services, data licensing, and vendor contracts
• Negotiate legal and commercial terms directly with clients, vendors, and partners
• Maintain a centralized contract repository and track key obligations, renewals, and expirations
• Identify and implement process improvements for legal operations
• Provide guidance to internal teams regarding contract terms
• Manage vendor relationships and the full contracting lifecycle, including renewals and terminations
• Interpret data licensing terms and use restrictions in collaboration with Product and Compliance
• Lead legal operations initiatives, including evaluating and implementing CLM tooling

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in contracts, legal operations, or a related field
• Direct exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or financial technology
• Experience drafting or negotiating enterprise SaaS and data licensing agreements
• Understanding of financial operations workflows such as fund accounting or reconciliation
• Experience negotiating agreements with AI component terms
• Bachelor's degree required; J.D. or paralegal certification is a plus
• Strong commercial judgment and communication skills

• Experience using AI tools to drive efficiency
• Experience evaluating or implementing contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms
