Legal Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the legal intake hub, triaging incoming requests and routing to appropriate owners
• Pilot AI-native approaches to legal operations and drive team adoption
• Manage CLM operations, including automated workflows for NDAs and commercial contracts
• Maintain the legal document repository and document standard operating procedures
• Manage the Legal team's new hire onboarding, templates, and playbooks
• Track legal operations metrics such as request volume and outside counsel spend
• Support entity management, corporate filings, and regulatory compliance data gathering
• Coordinate document signatures via DocuSign and manage the DocuSign environment
• Manage outside counsel and vendor billing against budgets

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in legal operations, business operations, or contract management
• Hands-on experience with system administration or workflow design
• Proficiency with DocuSign, Ironclad, Jira, and Google Suite
• Strong process-building instincts and ability to create structure from ambiguity
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
• High level of professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Genuine curiosity regarding AI tools and scalable workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth technology or autonomous systems/defense environment
• Experience with entity management and corporate filings
• Familiarity with e-billing platforms and outside counsel management
• Experience sourcing and implementing legal technology solutions
• Active California Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one
