Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on traffic accidents, including the release of equipment and operators
- Consolidate and organize case files related to transit situations
- Monitor and manage detained vehicles
- Handle insurance policy procedures
- Execute administrative procedures before the SCT (Secretaría de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 2 years of experience as a legal manager for vehicle fleets
- Knowledge of litigation, administration, collection, and relevant laws
- Availability to travel
- Valid driver's license
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
