Legal Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to all business functions in the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements, including EPC, turnkey, engineering, consultancy, and O&M contracts.
• Coordinate input from various company functions such as engineering, procurement, project management, finance, tax, risk management, HSE, and business development during contract negotiations.
• Provide legal opinions on regulatory interpretation and assess the feasibility and enforceability of transactions or contractual provisions.
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters, including judicial and arbitral proceedings involving clients, suppliers, and third parties.

Requirements

• Law degree.
• At least 10 years of post-graduate professional experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within the industrial or plant engineering sectors.
• Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously and set priorities effectively.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with the ability to operate in a challenging, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Admission to the Bar (licensed attorney) in an EU Member State, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
• Previous experience within the energy sector.
• Knowledge of a third language.
