About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys in the drafting and review of Power of Attorney and various legal documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage litigation-related tasks within the company
- Assist lawyers in navigating the company's disputes, litigation, and investigations
- Communicate with external counsel to ensure timely case updates and monitoring
- Handle administrative responsibilities for the litigation team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, records, and databases
- Create presentations and slides pertaining to dispute and litigation matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably a law degree
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
