Responsibilities

• Manage the contract database
• Handle corporate law tasks including internal powers preparation and post-merger actions
• Prepare various contracts such as commercial agreements, NDAs, and partnership contracts
• Work on intellectual property and new technologies matters
• Manage personal data compliance
• Conduct legal monitoring in business law, data protection, and intellectual property
• Provide advice to internal clients and draft legal notes

Requirements

• Law student in Master 2 Business Law/DJCE or aspiring lawyer
• Ideally supplemented by training from a business school, IEP, or LLM
• Previous experience in a company or law firm is appreciated
• Mandatory fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset
