Legal Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage the review, drafting, and negotiation of various contracts and analyze business law files
• Contribute to ethics and compliance frameworks, specifically regarding anti-corruption and awareness actions
• Support GDPR compliance through impact analyses, contractual reviews, and internal request monitoring
• Provide transverse legal support including drafting notes, conducting research, international monitoring, and pre-litigation follow-up

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Business Law, Contract Law, or a specialized law program (e.g., DJCE)
• Solid knowledge of contract law, liability, compliance, and GDPR
• Strong legal drafting and risk analysis skills
• Proficiency in French and a strong command of English (written and oral) is essential
• Rigorous, autonomous, and analytical mindset with a good understanding of a business environment
