Resilience Care is a French company founded in 2021 specializing in remote patient monitoring and clinical research. The company provides monitoring solutions in oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry for thousands of patients across numerous healthcare facilities and academic studies.

Responsibilities

• Structure and improve Legal Department workflows and interactions with other teams
• Identify and implement AI use cases for legal operations and contract work
• Contribute to legal knowledge management through training materials and user-friendly guides
• Review customer, partner, and vendor contracts, including data protection and IP clauses
• Maintain the contract register and improve templates
• Assist with GDPR compliance, including processing activities and sub-processor lists
• Analyze regulatory updates and support AI Act implementation

Requirements

• Strong interest in legal operations and technology
• Ability to analyze and synthesize legal information into clear takeaways
• Excellent written communication skills in both French and English
• Understanding of GDPR fundamentals or a strong willingness to learn
• Proficiency with collaborative tools like Notion and Google Workspace
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Law, Engineering, or Business School

Preferred Qualifications

• Curiosity about AI and a pragmatic approach to testing new tools
• Strong stakeholder management skills with non-legal teams
• Autonomy and a solution-oriented mindset
