Legal Intern

Responsibilities

• Review commercial agreements using AI-assisted workflows
• Compare contract drafts to identify revisions, inconsistencies, and risk areas
• Assist with drafting, revising, and organizing company policies and procedures
• Conduct legal and regulatory research regarding artificial intelligence, privacy, and data governance
• Support document management and legal operations projects
• Assist with special projects assigned by the legal department

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school (2L or 3L status)
• Strong written communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive information
• Comfort learning and using new technology platforms independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, legal technology, or legal innovation
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot
• Prior coursework in corporate law, contract drafting, privacy, or intellectual property
• Experience editing policies, procedures, or compliance-related documents
• Strong prompt-writing or workflow-design skills
