About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in advising the company on advertising matters for various promotions
- Support the Criminal Risk Prevention Model and general compliance matters
- Coordinate and manage matters related to data protection
- Prepare and deliver various types of training for the company
- Manage and prepare corporate documents, including minutes and certifications
- Coordinate procedures for notary signings and public registries, such as power of attorney and contract certifications
Requirements
- Law student or recent graduate (or equivalent)
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Demonstrated efficiency and autonomy
- Strong vocation for law
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in legal practice
- Previous internship experience, ideally within the FMCG sector
