Legal Intern

Responsibilities

• Learn how laws and regulations are actively applied and implemented in a real-world setting
• Prepare, review, analyze, and finalize transactional documents
• Analyze issues pertinent to the development of production and programming
• Perform general legal research relating to the business and applied law

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Currently enrolled in at least the second year of an accredited Law School (Rising 2L or 3L)
• Coursework in contracts, copyright, or entertainment/media law
• Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac’s brands
• Ability to work in an open concept office space and willingness to work holidays, evenings, or weekends as required
• Ability to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates when working on-site at event locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous industry experience prior to law school
