Legal Intern - Corporate & M&A

Responsibilities

• Support the drafting, review, and organization of corporate documents (minutes, powers of attorney, contracts, and other corporate records)
• Assist with corporate governance routines for group companies
• Support incorporation, amendment, and winding-up processes for legal entities
• Track registrations and filings with commercial registries and competent authorities
• Support corporate restructuring initiatives and M&A operations
• Conduct legal research and prepare supporting materials for the team
• Manage documents, deadlines, and internal workflows

Requirements

• Currently studying Law
• Interest in Corporate Law, Financial Markets, and M&A
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Organization, sense of priority, and willingness to learn
• Intermediate or advanced English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in law firms or legal departments in corporate or regulatory/financial areas
