Legal Intern

Responsibilities

• Draft and review various contracts, including service agreements, leases, and construction contracts
• Prepare and coordinate the registration of meeting minutes, articles of association, amendments, and powers of attorney
• Monitor and coordinate activities with partner law firms
• Support various departments with legal inquiries regarding labor, civil, environmental, and corporate law

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Law degree program (from the 1st semester onwards)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Advanced English skills
• Basic Spanish skills
