Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and regulatory research on European capital markets (MiFID II, WAG 2018, MiCAR)
• Support compliance review of marketing materials and financial promotions
• Assist in drafting, proofreading, and updating internal policies and legal documentation
• Support preparation of compliance reports for Senior Management and regulatory bodies
• Help organize and maintain legal files and compliance frameworks
• Assist with administrative tasks and tracking regulatory updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliance reviews and audits

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a university degree in Law
• Strong interest in financial markets, cryptocurrency, and regulatory frameworks
• Highly structured and analytical way of working with attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English; German knowledge is highly preferred
• Availability for a full-time 6-month internship

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience at a law firm, bank, or financial institution
