About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the daily activities of the Group Legal Department within a highly international environment
- Support various legal domains including contract law, corporate law, competition law, compliance, M&A, and IT law
- Develop contractual techniques by drafting and modifying legal documents in both French and English
- Attend meetings and calls regarding diverse legal subjects alongside senior legal counsel
- Conduct legal monitoring and research to track ongoing reforms and regulatory changes
- Prepare synthesis notes and assist with various legal queries and administrative support
Requirements
- Minimum 5th-year law student (Master 2 level)
- Fluent legal English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in legal drafting or contract management, ideally through internships in law firms or corporate legal departments
- Proficiency in Google Suite and experience using AI tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international corporate headquarters setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience seeking an internship as part of a PPI (Professional Integration Program)
- Dual degree background (e.g., Business School and Law School)
