Legal Intake Specialist

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective clients via phone and email to learn about their cases
• Conduct primary research to investigate the merit of prospective claims
• Evaluate claims to ensure alignment with the firm's practice areas
• Onboard new clients and secure their business
• Schedule initial consultation appointments with attorneys
• Manage client information for incoming and outgoing calls

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong negotiation and people skills
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks
• Empathetic and able to build trust with clients
• Driven, resilient, and persistent personality
• Excellent telephone communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience
