About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex interviewing calendars for applicants and Hiring Board members
- Manage candidate experience including greeting and providing instructions
- Handle official oral and written communication with applicants regarding status and deadlines
- Monitor candidate response deadlines and track employment offers
- Maintain and update the proprietary Legal Hiring database
- Perform administrative tasks, routine filing, and systematic archiving
- Assist in designing and executing Semester/Summer Law and College Internship programs
- Organize internal recruitment programming and represent the Office at external events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential legal personnel information
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a law office or business
