Responsibilities

• Own the full contract lifecycle for commercial agreements including MSAs, SaaS subscriptions, SOWs, POC agreements, DPAs, and vendor contracts
• Review, redline, and negotiate NDAs at volume
• Build and maintain scalable contracting infrastructure, including standard form agreements and negotiation playbooks
• Advise GTM, partnerships, and finance teams on contractual risk and liability exposure
• Coordinate outside counsel on relevant matters, including briefing and managing timelines
• Assist with corporate and employment matters across US, French, and Israeli entities

Requirements

• 5–7 years of legal experience
• Significant experience at a recognized technology or venture/emerging growth firm
• Proven ability to own high-volume commercial work with minimal oversight
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and pragmatic approach to legal work
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house experience at a technology company, specifically supporting enterprise SaaS
• Familiarity with data privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA
• Knowledge of emerging AI regulation
• Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border corporate structures
