Legal Expert in Regulatory Instruments

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret regulatory instruments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams regarding regulatory matters
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance programs
• Train and educate staff on regulatory requirements and best practices
• Engage with regulatory bodies and represent the organization in legal matters
• Prepare reports and documentation related to compliance and regulatory activities

Requirements

• Law degree (JD or equivalent) with a specialization in regulatory law or compliance
• Proven experience as a legal expert or regulatory compliance officer
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and legal standards
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
