About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to a group of Partners and Of Counsel attorneys.
  • Manage day-to-day practice coordination, including scheduling, document editing, and responding to correspondence.
  • Handle complex administrative tasks such as time entry, expense reports, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Oversee client onboarding, billing, and relationship management activities.
  • Organize intricate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Collaborate with other firm departments and provide back-up support to peer assistants.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • High attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Resourceful and anticipatory mindset with strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
