Responsibilities

• Support SMB client onboarding, pilots, and adoption across EMEA
• Configure and run standard use cases using templates for contract review and document analysis
• Deliver tailored demos and training to users and decision-makers
• Capture user insights and translate them into actionable product feedback
• Document best practices and contribute to internal playbooks
• Own discrete workstreams on wider client programmes, managing timelines and stakeholders

Requirements

• LLB (2:1) or equivalent degree
• 0–2 years of legal work experience (e.g., paralegal, trainee, intern)
• Interest in AI tools and basic prompt engineering
• Strong communication skills to translate between lawyers and technologists
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to operate effectively within SMB client dynamics
