Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to tax partners and legal advisory leaders to identify high-value opportunities for platform scaling
• Partner with Go To Market and Customer Success to own client relationships, from pilots to firm-wide adoption
• Serve as the voice of tax and legal advisory users to inform product development and roadmap priorities
• Deliver product demos and training to diverse stakeholders, including tax partners and global advisory teams
• Document best practices and contribute to scalable playbooks for global growth
• Help clients navigate the shift to AI by evaluating ROI and mapping impact across service lines

Requirements

• Background in law or tax, ideally with experience at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice
• Experience in legal operations, innovation, or technology implementation within professional services
• Tech-curious with a passion for generative AI and technology implementation
• Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts between tax partners and engineers
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage multiple client relationships
• Understanding of professional services commercial realities and multi-jurisdictional matters
