Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to tax partners and legal advisory leaders to identify high-value opportunities for platform scaling.
• Partner with Go To Market and Customer Success teams to own client relationships, from running pilots to guiding firm-wide adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the user to inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
• Deliver clear product demos and training to tax partners and global advisory teams.
• Document best practices and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks.
• Help advisory teams navigate the shift to AI by evaluating ROI and mapping impact across service lines.

Requirements

• Background in law or tax, ideally with experience at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice.
• Experience in tax structuring, legal advisory, consulting, legal operations, or innovation.
• Tech-curious mindset with passion for generative AI and technology implementation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, from tax partners to engineers.
• Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage multiple client relationships.
• Understanding of professional services commercial realities and process improvement through technology.
