Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to tax partners and legal advisory leaders to identify high-value opportunities for platform scaling.
• Partner with Go To Market and Customer Success teams to own client relationships, from running pilots to guiding firm-wide adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the user to inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
• Deliver product demos and training to diverse stakeholders, including tax partners and global advisory teams.
• Document best practices and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks for global growth.

Requirements

• Background in law or tax, ideally with experience at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice.
• Tech-curious mindset with passion for generative AI and technology implementation.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, from tax partners to engineers.
