Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to law firm partners, associates, and innovation teams to identify high-value opportunities for platform scaling.
• Take ownership of firm relationships, from running pilots to guiding full-firm adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the user to inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
• Deliver clear product demos and training sessions to various practice groups.
• Document best practices and contribute to the development of scalable global playbooks.
• Help law firms evaluate the ROI and competitive advantage of AI implementation.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience at a top-tier law firm.
• Experience in legal innovation, knowledge management, or legal tech.
• Tech-curious with a passion for generative AI and technology implementation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, from senior partners to engineers.
• Strong understanding of law firm commercial realities, including billing pressures and risk management.
• Proactive and self-directed approach to managing multiple client relationships.
