Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to General Counsels and Legal Operations leaders to identify high-value opportunities for platform scaling
• Take ownership of client relationships, from running pilots to guiding department-wide adoption
• Serve as the voice of in-house users to inform product development and roadmap priorities
• Deliver product demos and training to diverse legal stakeholders
• Document best practices and contribute to scalable playbooks
• Help teams navigate the transition to AI by evaluating ROI and efficiency gains

Requirements

• Background in law with experience in an in-house legal team or corporate legal department
• Experience in legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation
• Tech-curious mindset with passion for generative AI and productivity tools
• Ability to communicate clearly with both legal professionals and engineers
• Experience evaluating and improving processes through emerging technologies
• Proactive and self-directed approach to managing multiple client relationships
• Understanding of commercial realities and value demonstration in a corporate legal setting
